A modernised house located at Sant Vicent in the north of Ibiza in a protected rural and picturesque part of the island 30km from Ibiza town.

Set in 1000m² and surrounded by pine forest the house and swimming pool are very private and have views of the sea and mountains with Majorca (80km distance) visible on the horizon on clear days. Sea swimming at Ses Caletes, a local rocky bay with fisherman huts, or at a sandy beach at Cala de Sant Vicent where there are bars, shops and restaurants.

The town of Santa Eulalia with its vegetable, fruit, meat and fish market is 20 minutes drive away through unspoiled countryside. Can Eriçó is a single storey house approached via a cobbled drive, with an entrance leading to open-plan hall, kitchen, dining area and sitting room with large french windows leading onto terraces with barbeque and swimming pool.

There are two double bedrooms, the master bedroom with en suite bathroom and the second bedroom with a separate shower and lavatory. The kitchen is fully equipped with large fridge/freezer, dishwasher electric oven, hob and washing machine. There are outside and inside dining tables and two large wicker sofas and ceiling fans. Other features include mains electricity and catchment rainwater, and hand thrown terra cotta tiled floors with under floor central heating.
